In the last 8 years with the Northwest Family, Jody Millard Pest Control has grown to include 15 new positions, and we’ll now be opening our second Chattanooga office in Ooltewah, all to serve our customers better!
Though we’re updating our look, who we are remains unchanged! You’ll see the same friendly faces you’ve come to love serving your home and experience no service changes.

Do I need to do anything to keep my current service?
No! Your current services and service schedule will remain the exactly the same. The only difference you’ll experience is seeing the Northwest Exterminating name on your statement!
Will my service or bill change?
No! Everything about your current service and billing will remain the same. You will see the Northwest logo featured on your statement/bill moving forward though!
Will my service technician change?
No! We have many customers who enjoy seeing the same familiar faces every service. Though we may add more extraordinary teammates to serve you better, the same technicians you’ve come to love are still with Northwest Exterminating and will still service your home with the care you deserve!
Will you still offer the same services?
Yes! Our extensive list of home services will still remain available to you, your family, and your business.
Why are you updating your name to Northwest?
Jody Millard Pest Control has been part of the Northwest Exterminating Family since 2012. We’ve grown to include more teammates and are now expanding to our second location in Chattanooga to better serve our community and customers. To create more opportunities for our teammates and serve you with the care and service you deserve, we felt it was officially time to go by Northwest Exterminating moving forward!
Why are you changing your name to Northwest Exterminating now?
In 2020, we will be opening our second Chattanooga office to better serve our customers. With the trust the Chattanooga community has shown in us, we felt it was time to officially serve you as Northwest Exterminating to be able care for your home better and offer our teammates more opportunities. We’ve been Northwest Exterminating since 2012, just operating under the Jody Millard Pest Control name.
Where are your offices located?
We will officially have two Chattanooga offices in October of 2020 to better serve you.
